Work Management Processes fully embedded within SAP
Work Management Workbench is an SAP embedded solution that is fully customisable to script, automate, simplify, and embed any work management process within SAP. It contains functionality that allow for the creation, updating, and deletion of weekly workforce capacities(Capacity Maintainer) as well as an advanced material search function (MaterialSearch) and functionality to select and display Purchase Orders using and extended Set of Selection Criteria (SCM Workbench)
Thousands of notifications and work orders can be active at any given time and all of them must be processed in context of their statuses. Companies rely on elaborate processes and training material to instruct and govern the work management processes, but it remains a challenge to have full visibility and control over the process. Users must rely on memory or on manual guides to execute the steps of the work management process and are limited to the standard functionality in processing of notifications, orders, confirmations, and measurement documents.
With Collaborit’s Work Management Workbench, you can fully script and embed your work management process in SAP. The process flow is used as a visual menu of which each step is pre-configured to produce an interactive list of notifications, order operations or confirmations specific to you and with applicable actions for each step.
Field values can be updated directly in the grid or by using the Collaborit Enhanced Mass Change function. Several intuitive productivity improvement functions have also been added that reduces time spent and improves accuracy of transaction processing.
Capacity load is managed in the calendar grid from where the assignment of Work Centres and scheduling of Operation dates can be done. A combined feedback screen is provided that contains a list of existing confirmations. It gives you the ability to enter new confirmations and simultaneously update Notification Catalogue Code feedback and enter Measurement Documents for related Measuring Points.

Configuration includes the process flow graphic, the available functions per process step, the variants linked to the users, the layout, and the sub-process flow.
The need for initial- and periodic classroom training is reduced, as the training material is embedded into SAP.

Collaborit’s Capacity Maintainer is an easy-to-use solution for the creation, updating and deletion of weekly work centre capacities. It offers an intuitive user interface and an overview of the maintained capacities.
The updating of several selected Work Centres over multiple weeks using a single screen, is now possible. Work Centre Hierarchies are also used for the easy selection and processing of capacities. Updating each Work Centre individually is a thing of the past.
The Capacity Maintainer solution offers improved efficiency for capacity management. When maintaining capacities, you are presented with the default capacity from the Work Centre master data. Changes can then be made to the capacity record for start, finish, and break times – as well as utilisation and number of capacities. Capacity definitions are copied from one week to the next and each week can be changed individually.
Collaborit’s MaterialSearch is an advanced search function added as a tab to the standard SAP ECC or S4 HANA materials. It enables you to search for materials using a broad range of criteria. The search extends into Material and PO text and the results-list contains more information than the standard search help lists.
MaterialSearch enables you to search on plant, keywords in short text, long text, PO text and material classification, material type and material group. Text search has been designed so that the logic operators “AND”, “OR”, “EXACT” can be used in combination.
Advanced indexing allows for near-instant search results. Extended information like stock availability, valuation, PO detail, classification and long texts are available.
MaterialSearch is added as an additional tab to all material search helps, and materials are represented with extensive details from which the user can select.
SCM Workbench provides an interactive status report of all material and service requirement records. It allows for the creation and tracking of expediting actions.
Collaborit’s SCM Workbench contains functionality to select and display Purchase Orders (PO) using an extended set of selection criteria. It also allows you to send and track templatised emails to vendors where purchase order delivery dates have been exceeded.
The report contains colour indicators representing PO transaction statuses, and notes can be captured to keep track of expediting history. You can easily find POs where delivery is overdue, end emails to vendors to expedite delivery at the click of a button, and capture notes directly in the report.
