ScanAutoConfirm uses the written feedback on printed job cards to automatically create Confirmations, Measurement Documents, update Catalogue Codes on related Notifications, close related Notifications, and Order and create follow-on Notifications or Orders.

Key Features:

Collaborit’s ScanAutoConfirm is a desktop application that can be executed by the person responsible for capturing feedback. Instead of capturing the feedback manually, batches of completed job cards are scanned. The printed job card contains an encoded page for feedback, which is recognised and interpreted by ScanAutoConfirm.

The digitised written feedback is used to create Confirmations, Measurement Documents, update Catalogue Codes on related Notifications, close related Notifications and Orders and create follow-on Notifications or Orders. A .pdf file of the scanned image is attached to the Work Order in SAP for reference purposes.

Planning office efficiency is improved by eliminating manually capturing job card feedback, while reliance on paper job cards for evidence of work having been done is eliminated. Accuracy is improved as technicians tend to be more focused and complete in their feedback knowing that it will be captured electronically and used for processing feedback in SAP.
